About the Role
- We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team.
- The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help evaluate the success of our program, identify areas for improvement, and support data-driven decision-making.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data management tools, and a passion for social impact.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean,and manage data from various program activities and external sources.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform program strategies and decision- making.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of data dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate program performance and impact to stakeholders.
- Support the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks and tools.
- Collaborate with program staff to ensure accurate and timely data collection and reporting.
- Conduct literature reviews and background research to support program development and evaluation.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and publications for internal and external audiences.
- Participate in team meeting and contribute to discussions on program planning and improvement.
- Collaborate with program managers to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and impact metrics.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to enhance program effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in data science,Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS,R, Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with data analysis methods and data management practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
